I had a very negative experience with Versatile Studio for Photo, Video and Podcast. I rented the studio for two hours and additionally paid CHF 105 for professional lighting. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the studio was not properly prepared for use and had several maintenance issues. The lighting equipment was stored on shelves. We kindly asked the owner for a refund for the lighting, as we had expected the studio and the additionally paid lighting equipment to be prepared and ready for use. However, after a very long and unpleasant conversation, the owner continued to make excuses and ultimately refused to refund any amount. Based on this experience, I would not consider this studio reliable or recommend it to others.
